What a pleasure to shop for fabric here. The quality's great, the selection is extensive and the prices are excellent, but it's actually the professionalism and service that stands out most. They wrap perfectly, ship immediately, and communicate clearly every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Fabricguru.com.

The fabric arrived on time, however, it came dirty, frayed, and did not match the online depiction in color, hue, brightness, and saturation. Not happy with my purchase!

I just received my material to recover the cushions of my patio chairs. It is perfect! Exactly like the picture on the website and it's going to look amazing on my chairs. I am definitely ordering again for bench cushions on the picnic table my husband is building and place mats! Below are the chairs I bought - I painted them white. The fabric will match our newly painted house perfectly!

I ordered swatches for outdoor fabric and as expected, the charge was placed on my credit card. A day later I received an email that said my order was completed. I assumed that meant it was shipped, but I did not receive any notifications about shipping or posting. I checked back every day and my account showed the same complete.'

A week later, I gave up and wrote a review about the lack of communication and that I assumed this was just just one more gotcha' website for some crap out of another country and sometime in the next three months I might actually get something similar, but inferior, to what I thought I had ordered.

Also, one week later, I lost patience with the same complete' showing up on my order, but no information about shipping or posting, so I put on my mask and headed to my local fabric store to buy the outdoor fabric my customer needed.

When I returned home from the fabric store, I discovered that my swatches had arrived and the fabric is nearly identical to what I bought at the fabric store. The quality is high and the colors exactly as portrayed in the images on the website.

I still think the customer service (communication) needs to be improved, hence the four stars instead of five, but if the swatches are actually representative of the fabric, I will order some to see how it goes.

The swatches are large enough to see the patterns and to judge the quality. I have uploaded photos to show what I received. Very nice swatches.

I ordered fabric last night at 4:50 pm online, no where on the main site does it say it is a U.S. company, nor does it say U.S. funds. (This site came up in my google search for Canadian Upholstery). After discussing my order with my sister she explained the duty fees, added to exchange rate, I knew I couldn't afford all the extra charges, I immediately tried to email the company back to cancel. Well, guess what, you CANNOT reply back to their email. So I started calling, well, guess what, they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I waited on hold, it asks if you would like to leave a message, which I did numerous times, but then decided to wait on hold even if it takes all day, welll, GUESS WHAT... it eventually clicks you off so YOU NEVER GET TO SPEAK WITH AN ACTUAL PERSON! I called the next morning and all day, same thing! I then got an email at 3:30 pm stating they had shipped my order! Thanks Fabric Guru, in this time of Covid 19 when finances are ridiculously tight for all of us, you have NO EMPATHY! I bet if I was leaving a message saying I wanted to add to my order they would have attended to that matter immediately! Not impressed with customer service! I cannot comment on quality of fabric. Very disappointed so far!

UPDATE: I received a phone call from Alex 10 minutes after leaving (another message to Fabric Guru) stating I was very upset they had sent out my order and that I was going to write a negative review, she notified me that she called FedEx and requested they return my fabric to the store and that she would refund my order immediately. VERY THANKFUL to Alex! Thankyou for calling me! Communication is key to customer service, wish they had called sooner as I stressed (on top of Pandemic stress) for 20 unnecessary hours.

I've shopped with Fabric Guru for about 4 years and I love their low prices and high quality fabrics. Without Fabric Guru I wouldn't have been able to use designer fabric to make drapes for my home and my families homes. I get designer fabrics from Fabric Guru for less than I would pay for lower quality fabrics elsewhere. The high quality fabrics come in wider widths and go a long way when I make camper window shades and curtains. The decorator fabric has a substantial feel and makes gorgeous drapes. Fabric Guru always ships fast and their shipping rate is one low rate. I get to make so many more projects with Fabric Guru!

This is absolutely the best place to purchase fabrics. Forget going to your local Joanne's. Fabric Guru offers a better experience for those seeking superior fabrics at great discounts. My usage has been exclusively for home decor & upholstery fabrics. Sofas, chairs, cushions for outdoor furniture, valances & curtains. I have never seen fabrics of such quality, offered at such awesome prices. I can say with confidence, I have saved, not hundreds but thousands of dollars, using Fabric Guru.

I love FabricGuru. They are so professional, always confirm your order, email tracking number so that you know where your order is, your fabric comes very nicely wrapped. They have a wide variety of fabrics and very good prices. They have a return policy, which states that you can return your order within 30 days and you are fully refunded less shipping charges (I just tried it; so we'll see if it works), but it has thus far been a joy ordering from them.
