I'm getting messages that show the status of my order. One thing says only one item shipped. The next doesn't give details but still only shows one item adding there may be a delay. I still have items and the updates are confusing.
Ordered things for my daughter and was very pleased with the items. The leggings fit great and were of good quality. The dress was so cute and the blue jean jacket was perfect. The pink boots were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended for anyone looking for cute clothes at a good price!
I recently ordered 4 pair of shoes for my daughter. She's only been wearing them a couple times a week and the insole is already coming out. The shoes are cute but the quality leaves a little to be desired
I have been a customer for several years. The clothes, material and styles have improved by far. My son is six abd he picks out what he wants and loves to model it at home. The shoes are great. For the way kids use shoes the really are made of good material also.
Tney said it would be late, but didn't take that long to receive all my orders.
Don't like that you have to sign up for a membership amd pai almost $50 a month though...that is not ok. I paid this for month without even realizing it after buying a very cheap item.

Never got my order and when I contacted them to find out why, they said my package had been returned to sender by Purolator without my knowledge and they never contacted me and although they got my package with the items I ordered they're no longer available? Customer service agents hung up on me repeatedly and kept me on the hook for over 2 HOURS. What an absolute nightmare. Save your money and shop ANYWHERE ELSE.
Very disappointed. It took days for an order confirmation. Then told my order was ready to ship but it was being delayed - reason unknown. And now I've been asked what I think about my order when I haven't even received it, nor will I receive it the expected date. I am very disappointed!
When I first started a subscription the selection was amazing. This last 1-2 years it was a limited selection and the prices were over the top. Boys clothes were always limited i felt like this site catered mainly to girls, ( i have one of each) The fit for different styles were different as well, and if you can't try on that makes it frustrating ( I hate repacking and returning g items).
I received an adult size pajama by Rihanna Savage instead of my order. I called and customer service gave me a FedEx label. I shipped it back the next day. I had documentation of the package being returned was delivered on Monday February 24 but didn't have an email that my original shipment was being shipped out. I had to call that Wednesday and inquire. She told me it was being packaged and will ship out in 48 hours. I got an email that it was finally being shipped out. I still have not received it. As soon as I receive it I plan to cancel my account. This is too much effort for a site I don't buy from regularly.
Ordering and sizing was all great. I even liked that when I had an issue I was able to message someone and they got back to me right away when it comes to website for me. Communication is a big thing and they did an awesome job.

Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
