I have always had very good luck with this company for ordering lanyards, but this was my first time ordering trophies. They make it very easy by allowing you to enter in engraving right on the site. They turned out great!

The trophy was broken into about 7-8 pieces and 2 of the medals were chipped/broken. I'm not sure if it was a FedEx issue or on your part, but I am very unsatisfied with the condition of my order. It was ordered in 2 different orders, and I paid shipping on both orders. Then, both orders were stuck in a soft, envelope and mailed together.

Everything was great, but when attaching the ribbon on one of the engraved items, the loop for the ribbon on the medal broke. I attached the ribbon to the loops that were for decoration that went around the medal, so I was able to still attach a ribbon. No harm. I've never had an issue before and plan to use you guys again next year.

Very affordable resource! Speedy delivery (and I live on an island!), and nice medal for the price. There were some struggles with how to order multiples that say different things... That process could be streamlined a bit better.

Your site is VERY difficult to use when it comes time for payments. I have never had to go back to many times to try and figure out what you don't like. Evidently it was the # sign. Ridiculous. It also did not give me free shipping even though I ordered more than $100 worth of merchandise.
