Customer service is terrible. Requested exchange by email two times, no reply. Called, spoke to Ramon, stated he would start a return authorization and that I could just repurchase the correct item. Have not received return authorization either. Will try again.

Super fast shipping, I received all my stuff within a week and a half. Moss fet had easy programming instructions and works as intended.

I purchased 4 weapons at reasonable prices and they were delivered to my home in a very timely manner. Haven't gotten to use my weapons due to deployment but I can't wait to get home and go do some airsoft with my father.

I don't understand why I have to confirm it this way but it works I did get my gun in time and it works great up untill the prong on motor for the rifle shaped off but over all great

Best BB gun I've ever gotten, it's very powerful and durable! And very easy to use. But be careful, it shoots and breaks glass pretty good.

This site, from what I've heard and seen, is a decent site. They usually have alright prices and do ok in their selection of guns and stuff. I personally have not had a good time with this website, however. I ordered an ECHO 1 P90 with one of their deals for 2 extra magazines for 5 dollars, and they sent me a JG P90 with no extra magazines and a note that said since it wasn't an ECHO 1 they would take my magazine money. I was not very happy, and they refused to give me a replacement or even at least my extra magazines.
