It was easy enough to order. My order ended up split up as one order was backordered but then mysteriously showed up at "another warehouse and shipped from there (no extra charges). A little weird but in the end i got everything and nothing was damaged, broken, open ect.

After placing my order, I received an email that some of my items were on back order. I called and the associate I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. She offered to send out items they had in stock immediately and a 2nd shipment for the back order. To my surprise, I received both packages within 2 days of my call! They also sent me a follow-up email to be sure I received all of my order. We have been ordering from ETS for years and they never disappoint with quality of items and fantastic customer service.

Good variety of teas at English Tea Store and reasonable prices. I have enjoyed spending my money here much more than the grocery store.

I've always had a good experience with ETS. Always a large selection, great variety, and seasonal flavor specials. And great shipping times across country.

It took forever to arrive. Being a small box it was put in a larger box snd not wrapped so it banged around in the larger box damaging it and some of the tea bags fell out. It was to have been a gift! Sigh I could not find a customer service contact on my order or their website.

I have been wanting a 'Cobalt Betty' for several years, but it's hard to find them in stock. I saw them available recently and jumped on it. Shipping was quick and the item arrived well-packaged, in perfect condition. Thank you, English Tea Store for a smooth transaction and a beautiful Betty teapot.

The English Tea Store has teas, biscuits, and condiments that are either hard to find or unavailable elsewhere. In my experience orders are filled quickly and packaged well.

The ordering was easy & the products came in a very timely manner. I have ordered with English Tea Store several times & it has always been great.

I was able to get some gifts to give at Christmas.

My local supermarket stocks some items from England in its International section - prices are no different but the selection doesn't compare. Nothing Christmas, for a start. The $ amount to spend to get free shipping is reasonable so it's a no-brainer to have pudding etc shipped direct to my daughter's up north where we get together for Christmas. And if something is back ordered, customer service is really helpful to keep track of timeframes.

I was notified that one item I ordered was not available and was on back order. I was asked to choose an alternative, for faster service. I called the store and the representative checked the inventory. Item was available at the old warehouse. She offered to send it separately. All of my order arrived quickly in the next few days. Thank you! The tea is delicious!

It is getting more difficult to get English candy that I grew up on and various other items.( I live in the US) I am happy to say that the British Tea store carries a nice variety of English candy and other treats ( I buy the pickled onions & walnuts for my 92 year old mother who is British) The products arrive quickly, prices are very fair and are usually shipped without charge. English treats are a must for my family at Christmas! Thank you British Tea Store!

For more than a decade, Blue Lagoon has kept me coming back to the English Tea Store over and over again, each time purchasing a few pounds at a time. Now that The English Tea Store has discontinued this blend, I do not see a reason to come back. With this most recent visit, I purchased a bunch of flavored honey sticks, only to find that they only taste like, well, honey and really have no other flavors at all. What a waste of money.

I was concerned about my order, whether or not it would arrive in time, and the order of 4 Advent Calendars from Cadbury arrived swiftly and in great condition, well bubble-wrapped and packaged.'thanks!

Thanks for checking in. I had nade edits to the address within minutes of my order and it seems I was denied ability to change the address because it was already sent out. Thankfully I live closeby my old place and have attentive neighbors. But I had to spend extra time worrying than I would have liked.

I was amazed at how quickly my tea order arrived. I was a bit disappointed that one the preserves I ordered was out of stock but I'm hoping they get it back soon.

I ordered a matching set of cups and saucers along with the same color small teapot at a sale price. The set arrived well packaged and in good shape; we have used them several times since we got them. I also ordered a new flavor of black tea that we had not yet tried; and it was delicious. There are so many flavors and varieties of tea sold here, and the prices are very good. We have been customers for I think 4 or 5 years now, and never been disappointed

I've been ordering from The English Tea Store for years. I love the large variety of loose leaf teas and all the flavors to choose from. The delivery is fast and I will be coming back.
