Got these silk pillowcases on sale for half off and ended up buying 6. Both sides are real silk and they feel sooo soft and cool. Honestly didn't think they'd be this nice for the price, but they're legit.

Got this silk nightdress in dark pastel blue for my mom's birthday and wow, it's so pretty. She's a 12–14, I went with a Large and it's just the right loose fit—super comfy, she can roll around in bed all night and it still looks great. Recommend.

I've always wanted silk bedding but assumed it would cost a fortune. ElleSilk proved me wrong. Their duvet cover and sheets are top quality — smooth, cool, and breathable. I ordered a silk robe from ElleSilk and the quality honestly blew me away. It feels incredibly soft, almost like a second skin. The stitching is neat, the fit was perfect, and it drapes beautifully. I contacted them within 4 days of delivery and fully followed their return and exchange policy guidelines, but they refused to accept a return because the package had been opened and claimed the duvet was "used." How else are you supposed to know if it's defective without opening it? After months of back-and-forth, they tried to upsell me on a custom order instead of fixing their mistake. When I disputed the charge with American Express, they submitted false information—twice—even editing my email correspondence. I had to spend hours resubmitting evidence to no avail because the ELLE SILK refused to cooperate with the mediation. ELLE SILK is unethical, dishonest, and engages in fraudulent conduct.

They will scam you. I tried to return a robe and they falsified photos of stains. I have witnesses there were NO stains on the item when I sent it back. It was totally clean. They didn't refund my money. Totally ripped me off. I paid for the robe, and the shipping back to them. It's a terrible company.

I purchased silk leggings in size XL. I usually run L to XL so bought the XL to ensure they would fit. They were expensive and shipping was $20.00. These are way too small, no way they are XL- I cannot even get them over my hips. So I can't use them and they have refused to return them saying it was a final sale (I did not realize this, I never buy items online as a final sale since you can never be sure the size will run true) I feel totally 100% ripped off.

Ordered $700 quilt and paid. The courier refused to deliver to my parcel locker and I have no other address so it was returned to them, they said they would refund when it returned back but a month later they emailed me with partial refund of $410 stating they are keeping the rest of my money for "handling" costs. I reported to via and they were found to have acted illegally

I found photos from my business being used by ElleSilk on their Pinterest to direct traffic to their own website. I believe using the hard work of a small business to profit for their own gain is immoral and wrong. When I contacted ElleSilk, they stopped responding when I asked them to pay a license fee for the unauthorised use of my photo (this is common practice for copyright infringement). This alone should tell you everything about how this company operates without any sense of right and wrong. Furthermore, I believe ElleSilk tried to remove my previous review for defamation. Defamation only occurs if it is untrue and I have proof through screenshots and video recordings of ElleSilk using my photos for their own commercial purposes.

I bought ElleSilk's silk pajama set, and it's the most comfortable sleepwear I've ever owned! The fabric is smooth, breathable, and perfect for sensitive skin. The design is elegant, and the price was reasonable. ElleSilk's customer service was top-notch, answering all my questions. I'll definitely return for more! -

Extremely poor quality silk! I've been using silk bedding for over 20yrs and never had silk pile before. Elle silk does pile - makes me wonder is it even real silk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Worth paying a bit more for better quality silk from another company.

I paid an exorbitant amount of money for sheets that pilled in 2 months. I sent pictures to the company and they told me since it had not happened in 30 days they would not refund me the money. Tried to blame it on my care of the sheets. I am fastidious about the care of them. The have pilled where my child sleeps in the bed with me with pajamas on, and where my feet hit the bed. The quality of these sheets is subpar and I have paid entirely too much for a product that can't last 90 days without pilling. Nothing like trying to sleep on sheets that you paid over 700 for that have rough pills all over the sheets. And they suggested I just iron them down. So absurd and poor product and customer service.

Very positive purchasing & buying experience! Was able to figure out sizing using the online guide, and the nightgown arrived in a timely matter. Very reasonable pricing, excellent quality, comfortable, and great colour match for what was presented online. Definitely recommend for those looking to balance price & quality!

Please do not buy ANY plus size nightgowns as they do not make them true to size and cannot be returned. I wanted a beautiful one for our anniversary and now I cry because the top of the gown is for a size 14 and the bottom a 18. SOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!

This is my second purchase from ElleSilk. There's a reason I came back. Although silk is expensive, it feels and looks amazing. ElleSilk has some amazing pieces. I have bought 2 pajamas and a long robe. I feel like heaven when I wear them. Great quality. Definitely worth the price. Christmas can't come fast enough. I'll be a returning customer for sure.
