Initial shipment had a stringing issue. They offer good resolution but the 2nd strininging came with frayed cross like the string was defect. Anyways, great customer service regardless, just wished they have a better quality control. I will come back for future purchases as long as strining quality improves.

Ordered a shoe that was unfortunately found not to be in stock. The team reached out with another shoe in a different color to ask if I would like it instead. Easy. No issues. Shoe arrived as expected. And, I love it.
