Excellent previous experience and plan to continue ordering from this company—strongly recommend for all magazine purchases (just subscribed for 3yrs of The Economist at tremendous savings over regular price)

I have placed new and renewal magazine subscriptions through DiscountMags for several years and have always gotten the best prices with no problems. The renewal subscriptions have continued my existing subscriptions without any overlap or missing issues. Highly recommended.

Not sure if I orderedd the same thing twice or not. You took my credit card once, and then had me update my profile and order it again using the same credit card. Very confusing. Disliked this process.

Website is fairly easy to browse and use. Coupon codes are difficult to enter, code I got today said 'expired' upon entering! Start of subscription is usually very slow…

Once my order was placed, it was filled and continued without further concern on my part. When that magazine was discontinued, I was notified and given an alternative suggestion.

I cancelled a pending Discount Lock renewal for $41 and went online and ordered it again at $33. That's not good.

I have used this service for years. The magazines appear in my mailbox as ordered. If only every business operated this well.

I ordered a new magazine I hadn't seen before called Ask. My grand daughter loves it. The 1st issue was all about NOODLES! One of her favorite foods.

You appear to be going all digital, which no elderly woman is going to want. Slowly losing business. Also, confusing checkout.
