Following my negative review in early August regarding my March order of 303 British ammunition for $708, I received an email from Diamond Ammunition apologizing for taking my money but not delivering the ammunition. They indicated that it was a shipping problem and would try to resolve it. I asked them for the shipper's name and a tracking number for the shipment but they never responded to my request. I asked them to refund me the $708 but again, no response. It has now been well over a month since they promised to resolve my complaint and I have heard nothing more from them. It appears to me that their August response to my original negative review is nothing more than an additional stalling technique in hopes that I will give up and go away without out my ammo or my money. Be very careful ordering from Diamond Ammunition

I recently ordered from Diamondammunition and everything was awesome. They had the best prices I could find anywhere and they shipped them out immediately. Look forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

This business does not exist and is a complete scam. The address they have listed in Richmond Ky is to an empty lot. They do not have a business registered in the state of Kentucky and currently have a rating of an F with BBB due to taking peoples money and not shipping them their items they ordered via on their website.

As always. Diamond Ammunition is superior with there products and service. Local dealers can't come close to them. It is pretty bad when Diamond Ammunition sells at lower prices than the locals can buy their products for. Great company that cover all your needs.

I have bought many items and firearms from Diamond Ammunition in the last 5 years. If I ever had a issue, I called and they took care of it. Free shipping coupons didn't work, they fixed it. Over all there items are way cheaper then the other online competitors. I'm still trying to win the monthly giveaway, but not yet. Thanks!

I have purchased a few firearms and other items over the last couple years online. Diamond Ammunition has great prices and a good selection. They also ship items pretty quickly. Delivery of firearms has always been faster than other online stores in my experience. Little tip for online shopping. Know what you are ordering before you order. Do your research first.

I purchased a Caldwell brass catcher for my AR-15 because I got tired of chasing my brass all over since I reload all my ammo. The Caldwell is simple, compact & once mounted functions very well. In my case the mount did not tighten up & stay in place, it was a couple of thousandths loose, I did get it secured by using a folded piece of paper & after contacting the company they are going to ship me another one to try. Once we get this figured out there won't be any problems, I did not have to chase any brass at all.

I ordered the remington 1911 commemorative 200 anniversary pistol 2 days later it was at my ffl. It arrived in excellent shape and ready to go. I've shot it several times now and shoots great. Diamond Ammo is an outstanding dealer and well worth the 10 in rating. They have the best prices I've seen anywhere else. Thank you Diamond ammo.

I've placed two orders here and I have to say that I haven't had an issue. Customer service is great and the products were as advertised. Also, the prices beat other online merchants on most items. I will definitely order from here again.
