This company is full of FRAUD and scam artists that gouge you every chance they get. They built me a website that disappeared when I went to use it. You might as well set your money on fire or throw it in the trash. That is a better use of your hard-earned money. At least you can use the fire to warm your hands.
After paying nearly $5000 over 2 1/2 years I've given up. This company is fraudulent and a total scam for sucking up money. The website was never completed. A total waste of time and money. Learn from my mistakes. Run!
Been using auto ship for a couple years now for Life's abundance dry cat food. Very happy with their product and their service. Would recommend them to others
They stole our money! Had a website being created since 2019! They claimed people died from COVID and blah blah blah. Went ghost for about a month. Now they don't want to refund. Wasted time, money, and tears. Daniel Smith, Alex, Brad, Ethan, and Shawn... all Indian scammers with American sounding names. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
In the beginning they created a logo for my wife's blog for $700.00 dollars, and then wanted another $1,000 dollars for the copy write contract and 2 year maintenance agreement. They designed the logo and gave some template for the blog and never went live. We kept requesting the contract and never responded and wanted more content and pictures. We did not because I'm positive they would have asked for more money without the Copy Write contract.
Unfortunately my wife's dream of a great food blog that could help many people overcome health issues and general well being, is now just a bitter mistrust with a hard lesson learned.
I want other people to not fall victim to unethical business practices and people.
If anyone every puts a high pressure sales for money, BE AWARE make sure you get everything in writing before hand those contract hold people accountable on both sides.
It's been over a year and I still don't have an operational website! You have to really stay on top of them and don't count on any timelines they give you!
We have received a few other complaints about scamming from this company. To report scamming activities, please visit website of: Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3 and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in the Bay Area. They have a straight forward reporting channel.
Together, we can stop fake companies from stealing more money out of the consumers' pockets.
They will attract you with great pricing but they will always ask you for more and more money and will never deliver the final project. They will ignore your calls and emails. Impossible to reach them.
Worst company ever
This company borders on the fraudulent. They will promise certain services for a specific cost and assure you there will be no more fees check this company out with the BBB. They have an F rating with multiple complaints.
Please do your research before hiring this company. I hired them to design a website and after they kept calling me time and again trying to sell me more products I finally got frustrated and charged back the amounts through my bank. My wife and I did not see the dispute come back through our bank and missed the deadline to respond. That is totally on us. I thought maybe Design Proficient would be reasonable and refund a portion of the $7000 for a website that was nowhere near completed. I wasn't asking them to not get paid for the work they completed. I was just asking them to evaluate the quality of work and refund the difference. Believe me, this was nowhere near a $7000 website. When I called they said that they won the dispute fairly and told me they could resume work on the website for more money. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY FIRST. Just look at the BBB complaints, I wish I had.
Was told I'd receive a discount of $800+ and was pressured into doing a down payment. After speaking with my broker, I was told in oil nt have my own web site and to wait until I become a broker to get ym own web site. Afyer trying to get my down payment back, they refuse. There's no contract to obligate me to forfeit a down payment. This is total scamming. Gojg. Through my bank. To get the funds back.
I spent over $2000 they just keep charging your bank account without your permission. They're using the other websites pictures. They're not in US or UK. They're from India. All of them
Contracted for a fairly large project in May and agreed each time they asked for more money. 6 months later they could not complete the project and said they had processed a refund. It never came and they said there was a "problem with the merchant provider" and they would send screen shots that the refund was processed on their end. They never sent anything and I finally went through the credit card for a chargeback.
I had the honor of working with Harry Anderson and his head Mr. George Clapton. George is a kind & understanding man. He listened to my needs concerning website updates and was able to assign these change requests to Harry Anderson. I had extensive discussions with George. He is a professional and I want to thank him for his follow up. Harry was kind and patience with me. We had countless e-mails and he responded efficiently & quickly to all correspondence. I thank both George & Harry and would highly recommend them.
Design proficient is a great company, been dealing with them also a year now. Jay is very special, always pick up my calls when I need him the most and he attends to my needs at a timely manner. My new business Is my baby and it has very stressful for me and I'm Glad to have a reliable company to put me at ease. Thank you Jay Anderson for help and being patient with me.
I have two words that will help you when deciding whether or not to do business with Design Proficient; RUN AWAY! I spent over $1k for a website and logo package, it's almost 2 years later and I have ZERO to show for my investment. From my results I can speak with certainty that this company will literally take your money and leave you like an orphan along the side of the road. Be wise and avoid giving them your hard earned money!

We are using another company and are unable to get our domain released in spite of just renewing it for 5 years. Dexmedia released it for no charge but Design Proficient won't release unless we pay 299.00$. I can not encourage anyone enough to check this company out with the BBB. They have an F rating with multiple complaints.
Due to Covid 19 I have to move my business online, Design Proficient help me create a perfect website with engaging marketing campaign for my products. When I select their custom digital marketing package, I was shady with pricing but in the end it was worth spending.
Their digital marketing services are good. I have used their social media and SEO services and I am satisfied with them. Although there were some issues in the starting but at the end things workout fine.
I have working with design proficient for last few months and they have treat me like family. They provided me more than 10 web design reviews with custom changes in each. Now, Finally me design is completed and looks amazing. Great work team for all the efforts and support.
