Shipping took long, overall happy!

So I ordered a eyeshadow palette on Black Friday this year. It was my first time on there website and I found the lilac palette on sale for $8 plus shipping was $15, which was a little much for standard shipping but it was okay. It said it would come by Monday the 9th. But it was past that date and nothing. So I looked it up and they said they were experiencing some delays due to high volume of orders. So I patiently waited and it finally came on that Friday. Box was super cute and palette was everything I wanted! Loving it!

Update: I finally received my items from Colorpop it took many texts and tracking and I did hear back from customer service. Very pleased with how everything turned out
