I just wish that if an error happen on the name that it would be easier to just fix it, last year i had to wait for a refund then book it again because it put it under my name instead of my sons name

Your agents charged us a rebooking fee after we booked a 12:35 FLIGHT from
Lax to SJC because Royal Caribbean Air 2 sea told AAA our travel agent that they could not get us from the ship to the airport to make that flight and that we had to find a later flight which your agent did. This all happened within 2 hour time frame. I think that good public relation of CheapOair.com it would nice if they reimbursed us the rebooking charge. Thanks for reviewing this message.

Overall, my experience with the flight booking website was fairly positive. The search functionality was easy to use, and I appreciated being able to filter results by price, flight duration, and airline. The site was generally responsive, and I was able to find a flight that suited my needs quickly.

Easy to book. Price is affordable. The flight duration is too long though. I hope flight duration can be reduced to something less than 10 hours.Also I suggest you have or offer direct flights to Kelowna/Canada.
