I have ordered from this company since 2021 and have been happy with both the product and customer service. There should be quality control in place during the proof and printing process to review and discuss any unexpected issues with customer (such as misspelling, readability when first coin is printed, etc). The design team could provide feedback and suggestions for people who may not be familiar with best practices.

Easy to work with. I constructed a coin image on line for submission, called with the quote job number, paid, and awaiting delivery.

The process was very easy, it took me about 5 minutes.
