Cerave Moisturising Lotion Cerave Cleanser

I have atopic skin on my face and back, especially on my shoulders! It's difficult to find a remedy that will help. But I found a remedy in cerave, and after using it there is a result! The delivery was fast and the assortment was clear, they included samples, I didn't use them.

I have been using their SA Cleanser over a year now and I absolutely love it. I started using it because of my acne and I've seen such a big improvement on my skin after using this cleanser. It's fragrance-free too which is another plus point!

I absolutely love the Cerave Moisturizing Foaming Cleanser! This product has been a real lifesaver for my skin. I have always had problems with dryness, especially after cleansing, but this foaming cream left my skin incredibly soft and hydrated.

I've always had mild to moderate acne prone skin since I was in middle school and it's been very hard to control the breakouts. I knew that a foaming cleanser would be my best option considering I also have combo skin. The 4% benzoyl peroxide and ceramides work deep into my skin controlling the acne within my pores. I can honestly say that i've noticed a difference when using this, but I do have to moisturize right after to avoid dry patches as this can dry out your skin. Even my dermatologist approved me to continue using this product as the ingredients are extremely beneficial in reducing the bacteria and oil that causes me breakouts.

Defective product no assistance from customer support

I ordered CERAVE moisturizing cream through Amazon.
The product arrived and the pump does not work so the product is useless. I called customer support ( number on the bottle). I spent at least 25 minutes on the phone giving information presumably to be used by the company for product remediation. I was supposed to receive a voucher in the mail or by email and nothing ever came.
To me the price is high and when there's a defect the company should stand behind the product and not a spin the consumer around on a wild goose chase.
I do not expect to order the product again based on this unreasonable defective product, wasting much of my time, and not providing remediation good.
