I was inquiring about my product every second day and on the expected date of the dispatch i am being told the product ordered was out of stock. Wasn't it something which your system could have highlighted.And update on last day was given that it would be dispatched today and then later update was given it wouldn't be dispatched and when i received the final product it was not something i had ordered.Though i had received the refund for same but it spoiled the event.The other procut recieved was of good quality though

I had received a Damaged Canvas the first time i ordered, upon writing an email i was assured of a proper delivery and a replacement, I must say i was really surprised by the quality of delivery the second time i received my replacement order. Canvas champ really corrected the horrible first impressions upon me. I just wanna convey my thanks for ensuring a proper delivery and acknowledging their errors. I also received a gift card as an indirect sorry note.

The quality, the finish of the product is very good. Though I would have liked more flexibility/customization while choosing the collage frames. The site only gives you their own set of frames, that somehow restricts the use of portrait/landscape shots together.
Canvaschamp does give very good prints of pictures but lot of care is required for frames. My first order was delivered with broken corner of the frame. Even the gap between 2 sides was widened. My second order was delivered in perfect order. My 3rd order was again delivered with a broken corner.
Originally, there was some issue with my account not being registered properly on the website because of which i couldn't check the order status. But after reaching out to canvachamp on instagram, my account problem was fixed and i recieved my order timely.
The website is easy to use. Let's users choose photo size, landscape or portrait mode, pinch and zoom photos, blur background etc. Felt at the cost was slightly on the higher side. Maybe there is a subscription option that I failed to notice
They take a decade to ship orders and even if you give them that time, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered on the scheduled date. The customer service team makes false promises and there are no follow ups ever. They make no extra attempt to resolve your problem or offer anything as a mark of an apology.
The interface of the website sucks. The telephone number of their customer support is never reachable. Just beware and stay away from this brand.
Really fun! Great gift for a loved one who likes any sort of puzzles or games. Only one drawback is that the pieces don't fit together flawlessly like proper puzzles. They are a little loose. But other than that, great present. Good quality.
The quality print is good, but the price is too much. There was a huge increase in all the photo print prices, and they did this in only one day. Very bad, since, now you pay more than the double for the same photo...
