Cannon Water has a variety of good products at very good prices, and their sales folks are very knowledgeable. I don't understand why a public entity, a sub-division of state government, cannot open an account.

I needed to order some new water treatment parts and filters. But I wasn't able to add one of the items to the cart. When I contacted Cannon Water Service the person that responded to my email was able to order my missing part and add it to my existing order so it would save some shipping cost. Throughout the ordering process to delivery of the products they made sure I got what I ordered and that everything showed up on time. And the issue with the website was also resolved so anyone else that needed the product that couldn't be added to the cart could now order that part online with no issues.

This transaction took way too long. Someone changed the digits on the address, so it was at first undeliverable. I had to call to find out where my meter was, when I was told that it had been returned, Then it took way too long to get it sent back out with the proper address, and then I still did not get it, and found out that the US postal service wanted me to pick it up at the Post Office.
