The order was confirmed. Order not at shipping facility Jan 24th. January 27th notified book could not be found and was cancelled by BiggerBooks. Why sell something you don't have? This was for my daughter at college, we can't waste time in getting books if she has upcoming classes.
I spent 25 minutes chatting with a sales representative to find out if their online stock was accurate. After being assured that it was and that the item I purchased would ship within 1-2 business days nothing happened and then 2 weeks later I received an e-mail stating that they couldn't locate the book and that my order was being cancelled.
No complaints. Arrived on time. Books in good condition. Saved money by not buying these books that I will literally never look at again once Im done with this class.
I don't mind highlighting or underlining but when you can't read more than the first sentence on the bottom paragraph because corners are torn out that's when I give up and just head over to Amazon like I should have done in the first place.
It amazes me this company is still in existence. I highly recommend searching elsewhere for books. I would have liked to leave a positive review, but unfortunately my experience with ordering from BiggerBooks was a complete waste of my time.
Ordered a book almost a month ago. Still haven't got an update of if it shipped. Emailed them a couple times asking. Never got an email back. This site is either a scam or incompetent.
After 11 days of no tracking number, I reached out to customer service to ask where my order was. I was told they were "having issues with the supplier" and that I would have my order cancelled and refunded. I never received my refund.
I waited patiently for my order; I had paid $50 extra to get it faster because I desperately needed it for my class. The confirmation email said I would receive an email when it shipped. I finally checked my order status only to find that the status said cancelled. I didn't cancel it. I got an email today asking if I received my book and how satisfied I was. I was never notified that BiggerBooks had arbitrarily decided to cancel my order.
It was very simple and could find the books I needed.
