I ordered it under Prime membership and thought it would get here as fast as all my other stuff. It turns out they just list items for sale and when you order, they just call Newegg and have them ship it to you. It took forever by UPS ground to get here so I just gave it back. I have people that need their computers fixed now, not 6 days from now. I will always look at the vendors on Amazon and avoid this company.
Normally I only feel compelled to write a review when I am unhappy about a store. I don't bother to review businesses that simply deliver on their promises- that's expected. But Beach really came through for me and showed a level of caring for their customers that you don't see often these days. When another store completely derailed a project I was working on (I wrote a review), I had to make a last minute order from Beach (who I had never heard of before). What a contrast! Beach had a great price, shipped it lightning fast, and communicated with me. When I found a small discrepancy between what I ordered and what I got, I contacted them. They were SO responsive. They were very apologetic for their mistake and bent over backwards to quickly make everything right. They went far beyond what most stores do for their customers. A real breath of fresh air. They've now got a new-long term customer, I'll now give them my business whenever I can. Thank you Beach Audio (and Rachel in particular). You guys rock!
