I had a trouble with the website. My friend told me that she did, too. She said calling was better. I still had problems, but it worked. When I tried to pay, I had trouble doing it online and had to call again. All went well and the person who received it, loves it! I love your product! Just being honest!

Overall ok, but the bag itself is much bigger than I thought. I was surprised that even an item without monogramming is not returnable. I would have wanted to switch it out for the slightly smaller one of the same. It is hard to get an idea of the size even with measurements until you see it. As a first time Barrington customer, while the quality is good, i doubt I'll ever order from you again with so little flexibility and no local brick and mortar store. Sorry, but I won't be recommending you now that I have a bag that is almost but not quite what I wanted and I'm $300+ out and can't do anything about it.
I love love my bag it's so cute and it's the perfect size for a crossbody. I was so excited to get it. I received my bag in a timely manner as well, didn't really take that long to get in the mail.
Pouches are beautifully made and recipients are very happy with them.
This is the fourth St Anne tote I've purchased and is my least favorite because it gets dirty really easily. Because the material is so light it enhances the scuffs. I'm very careful with it and I've only had it for a few weeks but I have to clean it often. It is a pretty tote but wouldn't recommend for this reason.
