Received the hanging banners for the elementary school lunchroom. The printing turned out amazing! So excited to hang them and get reactions from the kids when they see them! Will order from BANNERBUZZ again in the future! Pricing is great too!

Easy to follow on how to upload. Shipping price is great. Very satisfied. I like how they question certain things to make sure what you sent is correct. I know the photos I've sent for banners haven't been good quality and I think it's nice they question that. I don't like not having great photos to send but I have to use what I get sometimes. Some companies just print and move on and show no concern if something is wrong with the graphic. I'm glad Banner Buzz questions the art and sends proofs. I'm a designer and I know sometimes I don't catch things. I've been really impressed with their thoroughness. Thank you!

The website was user-friendly and the ordering process straightforward. Hiring a designer to assist with the design was simple, and through the website was highly efficient. The table covers and banners were of good quality, and the time from design to ordering to was prompt and delivery arrived as promised.

Good but some specs vague to me. Final view would be nice. Wrong item was put in my basket as a purchase. You said it wasn't - it was. You said you removed it - you didn't. Even after I received my order you send me a request to evaluate the product I never ordered but stayed on my page as a purchase. You have serious problems with your web site purchase system. You used several hours of my time and the problem was STILL not addressed. Luckily, you did not send the additional WRONG item BUT...it still remained on my order page AND you now are asking me to comment on it as a purchase. WOW.

This is not your regular office store online experience. BannerBuzz are specialists and there is a difference. Always choose proof before final approval.

Product isn't bad - the service is terrible!
Paid extra for expedited shipping - arrived late - after the event I needed them for!
Customer service is terrible! Argued with me - told me that there was an 11% chance if would not get it on time - did not even offer to refund the expired shipping fee!
Had to escalate to higher levels, and then they obstructed all my refunds - I threatened to go to my credit card company for a full refund. I had to jump through hoops, answer two emails, and call 5 times!
Finally refunded the expedited shipping after much frustration! Why didn't they do that from the start?

Consistently great prices and an incredibly smooth ordering process! The design always matches exactly what I see on my end, and the quality of the products never disappoints. I'm a very happy repeat customer and will continue coming back!

I'm asked for several seemingly unnecessary pieces of info, likely to get me to give up. I didn't answer a call today and got an email that because I didn't case was closed and I would have to reopen it. Next time I'm going with a local company that, though a little more expensive, will save me headaches.
