Ordering was easy and I recieved the phone in a short amount of time. Unfortunately the phone i received is broken. The clip to hold the cord for the reciever is broken and the cord falls out of the phone very easily.

I received my order within 3 days - impressive. My only concern was that the phone did not include a manual. I emailed Atlas asking if a manual was available, did not hear back. Found what I needed on line.

After getting our 3 Samsung phones 1 of the phone's speakers sounds blown so no good to us. Then one works well were keeping but when it comes to returns it's a 15% restocking fee and you must return the phoneyou must pay. With the one that doesn't work they have to "deem it unusable" One person's opinion of if it sounds blown versus another person's opinion can vary. So if you looking to take a gamble use this company. They are cheap for a reason.
