I was skeptical of using this company at first because of the superior savings on my regular antivirus software- even after checking the reviews on SiteJabber.Com, I feared the "too good to be true" scenario. Still, I took a leap of faith and ordered using my PayPal account, and in seconds I received order confirmation. However, in the email I received I was asked to "Verify" my order by calling the company. Alarm bells rang again. I called the number provided in the email, and my order was "Verified" by giving my name and the name of the product ordered. Finally, I was assured that I would have my Activation Code for my software within 24 hours. Happily, the Code was in my email by the time the 2 minute call ended. I had asked the Customer Service Representative why a "Verification" was necessary, and he stated that they "get a lot of cancelled orders". I suppose I can understand. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy to have found the absolute best value for my antivirus software ever, and wonderful customer service, too. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I had to return the first vacuum because the battery would not take a charge and the second vacuum I received did not have all of the attachments included.

I have used Bitdefender Total security for about five years. I last paid them about $50 for a one year renewal which downloaded easily. This year your price was the most competitive but the download would not install. I had to call your technical support line and have you remotely take over my computer to install the program. After that everything worked as usual, but it was not worth the hassle to save $10
Was a bit difficult but that may be due to the fact that I already had an account directly with Trend Micro where the price for essentially the same product was almost twice as high and appeared to cover only one device.

Delivery a little slow. My confirmation order went into spam much to my surprise and sat there for several days before i opened the file to see if it was there. Other than that issue I am pleased with their customer service interaction and will purchase from them again
I have chatted with someone who seamed confused and kept telling me there is no account in my name, even after I paid and I gave him my order number. He said there is no order with my number and left it at that. He would not help me any further. Than, when I asked for a manager, he was rude to me. I ended up installing the product without having my question answered, and it worked fine. After that I also got an email confirming an account had been created for me. The experience chatting with this customer service representative was VERY unpleasant. Please train your representatives to at least be polite, under any circumstances, and ask their managers for help if they don't know the answers to the customer's questions.
Great price on a brand-name product. But fell down on the delivery. Ten days after processing my order, I still had no download link, no product key, and no further communication. When I contacted Antivirus Deals, they seemed uncertain of my order information, or whether I had received it. Then rather than just send me what I needed, they had me pass control of my PC to a remote technician who completed the installation. I hated giving control of my entire PC to someone I could not be sure was legit! Scary!
There was a substantial problem with the payment process, that is, my card was not being accepted. After getting the message across they set up to take control of my computer and get the payment made. I was a little concerned about this but it likely is OK.
I do not plan to install the software for about two more weeks but I do not expect any problem. If I have a problem I shall let you know.

Norton made it next to impossible to install the Norton antivirus I purchased from you. I called you for support and one of your "tech" folks finally got it installed. He pointed out how I could save money over what I was prepared to pay, then guided me thru the process step by step and even remained on the line to make sure I didn't screw up the download. So far it has been good. I am a novice with computers so I am in hopes that the installation of this product is as easy as the purchase process. ADDED NOTE: The antivirus company actually installed it free of charge online. I allowed them to control my computer and they did it in less than an hour.

I had Eset before, then when it expired I got Norton and had nothing but problems and the help line was no help at all. There was a language barrier that impeded my ability to communicate effectively with the helpline. I returned to Eset and have been happy ever since.
