Amphigory

I've been trying to get some of my favorite incense for years. I knew that they didn't make my favorite scent any more, but hoped I could find some leftover stock somewhere. I emailed these folks about it. They told me that the incense company didn't make the one I wanted any more. Then, I got an email from Amphigory telling me that the incense company had sent them the last two packages of my favorite incense. They boxed them up with a couple of other samples of incense and sent them to me with no charge. I'll never buy my incense from anyone else ever again. The price is quite good too.

I recently ordered from this site after hearing good things about it but that was a big mistake! Below are the items I ordered and my experience with their terrible customer service.

Lipsticks: I ordered the berry blue, cotton candy, and spearment.

The lipsticks were hard and lacked pigment. They reminded me of those cheap crappy lipsticks you got in those kits when you were a kid. I've actually bought better lipsticks from the 99 cent store and these were $6.99!

Wigs: Luna f13 in illusion and the Lucia in dark green

The Luna f13 was VERY shiny. I mean it looks shiny in the photos but it was even more shiny in person. It was obviously very plastic. It also tangled very easily and felt like it was made out of My Little Pony hair. It says that it is perfect for a My Little Pony cosplay which is true except it will only last a few hours before it's knotted up and ruined. This wig reminds me of wigs that I've gotten for less than $5 from the Halloween bin. Way overpriced for the quality.

The Lucia in dark green was less cheap feeling but it was very easily tangled. On top of the poor quality the hair line was very far back and impossible for me to wear without showing my hair. Even if my hairline was that far back it looks so unnatural.

I emailed their customer service about my displeasing experience with their products and was only met with an angry novel of a letter from the owner. She claimed that no one had ever had any complaints about the lipstick so she didn't understand how I could dislike them. She also felt the need to defend her wigs. I was willing to send all the product back as it was cheap and useless for me but she refused to give me a refund or even let me exchange.

Avoid this place! There is a reason they have no customer photos and no photos of people modeling their wigs or makeup. I should have researched them before ordering. Oh well lesson learned and never ordering from them again!
