You won't see the difference but the functionality and selection are different. Com is better than. com.au but much isn't shipped to Australia.

Plus,

Have spent thousands with them over about twenty years.

Their returns and refunds are inflexible. I have a brain injury so often just take the loss. Once they refunded $10 for a late cable.

But they twisted and rejected my claim for a car cover $170 not as described and months late. Their own system even said it was not delivered.

No integrity.

Absolute rubbish

They're selling an item that's useless in Australia (wrong plug, wrong voltage and not warning or specification).

Then promising me a full refund, just send it back to the US (apparently it came from there, "sold by amazon.com").

I've double checked with them; the postage is insane high, shouldn't we send it to the Australia? Answer: No, it's fine, I'll get a full refund.

And now I'm wasting my time repeatedly trying to squeeze the refund out of them, Every time I'm contacting them I have to re-state everything, the best I got is a gift card offer.

Well, did I pay with a gift card? No.

I've got over $500 tied up in this garbage (item & postage), and spent around 4 hours now going to Post office, and talking to the "support".

Absolute, absolute rubbish.

Buy local; you get 10 times better & quicker service.

I had a failed transaction as I did not have enough funds in my debit card so I called to let them know that I have now topped up my debit card and to find out what is the process to finalise the transaction once I now how the funds in the card for that previous order, and they had no idea what I was talking about.

They discussed the times they processed the transaction and it bounced - all while I was asleep and could not resolve the issue.

Then they discussed all the reasons transactions fail with banks and the time it takes for processing a newly added card onto my account.

Oh my god, it was like talking another language. Amazon do not have a complaints department to speak to someone who can understand what you are asking. I had to cancel my order as I could not get a straight answer for what is the process for finalising an order previously placed once the debit card now has money in it? They will discuss anything but respond to that question.

Travel Gadget You Cannot Miss Out!

I took BESTEK universal travel adapter to London a month ago. It's used it for charging my phones, laptop and cameras and works great so far. I have travelled internationally for many years, only to find other travel adapters that I have had fail on the trip. This one was perfect for sure. It comes with extra 4 plug adapters (EU/UK/AU/US plug), plus 4 USB ports and 3 AC outlets allow me to charge 7 devices simultaneously. Anyway, you cannot miss out!

The travel pillow was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who had an international flight before, which would be helpful for sleeping well in plane seats. If you need to get some sleep in the airplane, car, camping, office, I highly recommend this product for neck support. Besides, it comes with an eye mask and noise-blocking earplugs.

I live inner city, above shops/barber, next door to a pub, in the midst of one of the busiest seaside inner city suburbs in Melbourne. We have a lot of crime, homeless and backpackers here. And even though I continuously mark my packages with * DO NOT LEAVE *, these drivers continuously think it's okay to leave my packages in front of my apartment block, which is on the street! This time is the last time get anything delivered through Amazon. I'm sick of not getting my packages.

My order was never delivered to me and I was confirmed 4 times of a refund. Then I got an email from their "specialist" team advising that they would not refund and threatened to stop my account (I am a paying prime customer). They then declined the refund, would not give me a complaint department and when I attempted to resolve via chat they cancelled the chat over and over. I'm out of pocket and they don't care. The WORST customer service I have EVER seen. To date still no refund and they are ignoring my emails and disconnect chats

This has to be the worst business to buy from. Delivery dates are a joke.
I ordered a product delivery stated June 6th
June 6th came no products when I contacted them no care given just told it will be tbe 16th July.
2 days later it turns up 12 June.
I'm sure no body there has any idea of what's coming or going.
And if the old story itsfrom a 3rd party we'll don't advertise the delivery date until you know.
Account closed never again

Amazon constantly petition you to fill in reviews of products you buy.
However, when they inspect the review, if it not a positive review they will not publish it.
Seems to manipulation of the truth
