I ordered an address stamp and received exactly what I expected. I've ordered from other companies and received flimsy plastic stamps but 2712 Designs' stamp is pretty solid and gives a good stamp every time I've used it. It took a while to arrive (a few weeks) but I didn't need it quickly. I've recommended it to others and they had similar positive experiences.
I really look forward to changing or removing this negative review if I can ever get a resolution to multiple issues I've had with these guys.
Let me start off by saying that I was happy with several other products I got from them. Good price, competitive selection of designs, and they look sharp. However, I went back and forth for a year (due to NO REPLIES to my requests for help) about one of the stamps I ordered which was flawed and wouldn't show up when pressed onto a multitude of materials. The rubber stamp itself must have been warped or defective. I still have that defective stamp and no replacement yet. I sent a new request today and am awaiting the standard "2-3 business days" before a human replies.
The other issues is the quirky website. I want to order an embosser plate as I already bought the heavy hand embosser from them but have moved. When I select "plate only, no embosser" on the website, then Add to Cart, it adds the item but at the same price as the embosser AND the plate... I'm just done with this waste of my time today.
As previously stated, I really hope to come back here and delete or improve this review if they can come through with some decent customer service. Until then, know that giving them your money may be a gamble. You might get a great product as ordered. But if not, I wish you better luck than I've had trying to get them to reply and act to resolve anything.
Answer: I have a similar issue with a defective rubber stamp surface which won't uniformly press onto paper, so it's blank in the middle. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact them, have gotten scripted replies, requests for pictures (which I sent), and then the runaround. Keep trying. Maybe one of us will get a positive resolution!
