I had a similar experience as another customer regarding this company. I also ordered something not as described and had to dispute it with my credit card company. What this company does is respond back with false information so the credit company closes the case. What the other customer didn't know is that you need to reopen the dispute case to correct the false information given by the company. I'm sorry that the company got away with this behavior with other customers due to this.

I ordered blank CMS 1500 forms online. However, https://1500cms.com sent me a link to print CMS forms with their big advertisement on the top and bottom of the forms, which were not blank as described. Also, it wasn't formatted right to be accepted by insurance companies. Although this link was only available for 24 hours and I contacted customer service right after I placed my order to cancel due to technical issue or wrong item sent (within the cancellation policy), they refused to issue a refund. When I field a merchant dispute with my credit card company, they lied by stating the software was still in use when I only had access to it for 24 hours and a refund could only be issued when I stopped using the software. My online activity would show that I haven't used the software due to the issues noted above. When I contacted them again to notify them about the misinformation they gave to my credit card company, they said I was already issued a refund so they're not giving me one. What happened is my credit card company automatically did a chargeback but it was reversed after this company lied by stating I was still using the software (when I wasn't able to use it because was void to insurance companies). They actually said to place another order and pay them more! This is the drawback to dealing with a small company that takes no responsibility.

As a small office we do not need an large expensive billing program, this is only $29 and no subscription. Made back my money in one claim!

We use this software at our office for HCFA 1500 claims, works great and is inexpensive. Saves me a ton of time each month.
