I wanted to sign up and be charged monthly so I could cancel it at any time but they charged toe whole 279$. Nos trying to cancel and get a refund is a real nightmare.
Was looking for an innocent little girl photo to make a digital edit out of. And just by typing "123rf girls" these came up. Pictures speak for themselves... read the titles and then look at how young they are.
I topped up with 10 credits, thinking that will give me 10 downloads, for $14. After just ONE eps download, all my credits are gone! So angry. They way they present how many credits each item costs to download is not clear - it makes it look like you can buy a 10 credit 'Top Up' pack to download this image.
Total bull$#*! dark UX, shame on you 123RF
Was charged $12.50 right after adding my card with this site after signing up for a free trial.
Do NOT add your card to this site.
This site charges with different company names and will tell you that it was not from the site.
I will be submitting a report elsewhere.
As you can see in the image I've provided, site owner uses different company names with invalid company phone numbers to make fraudulent transactions
I have really searched for a good selection of Stock Photo's and would really recommend the selection, the ease of use and the site in general at 123RF.
I accidentally purchased the incorrect package and Shane, not only took the time to explain what had happened, but also corrected the problem. Most companies today, just have a "just live with it attitude". I think they are great from a product and customer service perspective.
Actually the way they handle payments with contributors is not clear. One of my customers wanted to buy some of my pictures on 123RF. In which later I figured out I got only around 15% of what he paid. 123RF took 85%. They are not getty though with their very low traffic/sales.
I was looking to purchase some images. I performed a search and found 123RF. The site on google stated "Images From Only $0.19 Each". I thought great. I picked 7 images. I needed to purchase a credit pack. So, I purchased 7 credits which was just under $11. I thought that was weird as the site said $0.19 each. I went to download the images. First was successful. Others received an error. Looking into this the site says (where you will download) that it costs 6 CREDITS PER DOWNLOAD! Feel ripped off!
Ordered a one month package back in August and it was never intended to be renewed. Yet at the end of December my credit card statement showed I have a new monthly subscription. I did not sign up and never received any email confirmation/notification of my subscription. Please stay away from this company. BBB should investigate.
I'm a graphic designer and I've been using 123rf to look for pictures for my designs for a while they have lots of good pictures but most of them are premium but now they have added way more great pictures that are available for free!
The photo options are fine, however, the vendor requires you to email them in order to cancel. Once you email them they attach surcharges to cancel the service. Lots of better options out there. Would not recommend.
