I have to make sure if this site is safe? Do you refund my money back if u dont find any 1 who would be approved by the landlord of the apartment ?

Thank you for your inquiry. We do have a refund policy listed on our website at www.takeoverlease.us/faq. Sometimes, if a lead is not approved for a particular reason, we do not end the service there and we continue looking for new leads, which will eventually get approved.
