Thank you for your inquiry. We do have a refund policy listed on our website at www.takeoverlease.us/faq. Sometimes, if a lead is not approved for a particular reason, we do not end the service there and we continue looking for new leads, which will eventually get approved.

No - forget about it. They will come up with a reason saying there are little words in contracts that say you have to notify them in advance or you don't get your money back. What a shameful company. I don't know how its legal.
