Question:

order 8318 - was a $33.37 purchase that I tried multiple times to cancel within one hour after I placed it without success - cannot get through to their cust service no answer, left 2 vm, 2 texts to cancel w/o response - got return label and was refunded only $17.42 - HUGE ripoff - says they give to charity then I need a receipt so I can write this off on my own taxes - does not show on purchase or refund - IF YOU HEAR ME I want the full refund I deserve -

Herm... I checked out the website and it seems legit to me! Not only that but some of the research I did explained that their stuff was fine. They even accept major credit cards, which is also a good sign, because if something goes wrong you can dispute it and your credit card gives you a refund. Something that most non-legit websites won't do.
