I went to this place looking for something didn't find what I wanted and so I called and canceled the same day I signed up. Then I saw I had actually pushed some button that said I wanted to pay 70 bucks for years membership and I thought there was a trial period when I contacted them they said I didn't ask for a refund but they also said yes I had canceled the account. Don't you think when somebody cancels an account on the same day they signed up that they wouldn't be stupid enough to continue to pay for that site for a year what a bunch of scammers I'm trying to get it reversed by PayPal and I think they'll do it and these f****** will get a penny out of me below is some of the conversations back and forth kind of just to show this is valid.
The deletion of the Ultimate Guitar account can't issue a refund for your purchase in any case.
We don't have any refund requests from you within 14 days after the purchase.
So, according to our Terms of Service refund is not possible in your case.
Please create a new Ultimate Gutiar account and I will transfer your subscription to the new account.
