I made a purchase for 3 tickets but when the order was loading it state my order could not be completed due to being sold out. So I went to Ticketmaster to purchase the sale concert tickets again and when I went to look in the Ticketmaster app I see I have a total of 6 tickets! Tickets on Sale would not provide me with a refund and I could not resell them either. Wasted $300, on tickets I won't even use and horrible customer service considering I was not at fault.
Was worried that I wouldn't get my Ed Sheeran tickets for September 25 2026 at Gillette Stadium. But received a wonderful email saying my tickets are secured and they will be emailed to me as soon as they become available! I'm very happy about that. Thank you

I purchased a parking pass for the red zone. After waiting in line for over an hour the bar code was not valid and we couldn't park in the red zone. I had to find alternative parking for myself and my disabled husband. I have called multiple times requesting a refund since I was not able to use the parking ticket I purchased. Nobody has helped with this process. I feel like I have been scammed and this is not okay!
Originally thought I was on the venue site to buy tickets, but after purchasing realized it was not. Tried to call your customer service number that was on the email and got a porn phone site. Class! I would dearly like to. Cancel these tickets.
I bought 4 tickets from them. I am from NB Canada. Tickets were worth 100 canadian$. I ended up paying 801us, witch is 1168$ my money. A rip off! Çant be refund.

Loved not having to put in an obscene amount of my information just to make a purchase. Received my ticket extremely quick after purchase. Could've been 5-Stars but my ticket is not able to be added to my Google Wallet like I'd be able to do literally anywhere else.
Pretty easy to navigate the site. But unclear of seating. Just gives an estimate of the area you will be in.

The tickets were a bit more pricey than the original sellers site. Other than that they were very professional. I recommend if you dont mind the price!
It was great I got the tickets only a few hours after purchase and the directions on how to access them was clear to understand
I purchased my parking pass the day of the event. I received the confirmation email, and accepted the parking pass. A few hours later I showed up to the parking garage to learn that my ticket was unusable. The attendant told me the pass had been transferred, which was a surprise to me. We paid (again) for parking to attend the event. I reached out to customer support multiple times and am still waiting for a resolution to my issue.
Your process is confusing. But when I called customer service, she was awesome to work with. There needs to be improvement in the clarity of you web based purchase of tickets. Hopefully it will be easier the next time I use your services.
Im a little concerned that I don't have seat numbers and won't get tix until 2 days before the show that I'm traveling out of state for.
