I saw a t-shirt Psychedlic research volunteer on FB, for $15.95. OK, I buy it, then a month later they charge my acct. $13.95 monthly membership fee. Yes, as I looked back, in the TEENY TINY box one has check on Terms for every purchase nowadays, there is the membership thing, but it's as if they are HIDING that detail, not making it clear. Yes, they cancelled my membership, but didn't refund the "fee", for which I had no service. Bad business in my book, how about yours?.
I was not aware of the repeated sub model by this vendor. I get it's on your site but the targeted ad from IG was misleading as the real point of entry of this business model is a reoccurring subscription and not the merchandize. That should be the primary call to action not this bait and switch. Also, their FAQ portal with the option to cancel membership is reporting the error" UNDER MAINTENANCE - CHECK BACK SOON" which also a sign of shoddy management and maintenance. I will never purchase another item from them as this model eroded any trust I have in them and I will tell everyone I know.
They will offer you a cheap tapestry for 7$ but after the 2 weeks it takes to get to you... theres a card that says you're enrolled in their 14$ a month service... wth... charged me after I CAUGHT it and requested unsubscription... grrrrrr

The good:
The mala is pretty and looks the same as advertised. It's pretty taught so it will be hard to separate beads from each other when meditating because there's no slack that would more easily facilitate grabbing each bead. I've purchased malas that were easier to handle. 3 stars for the product.
The bad:
USPS marked my package as delivered, but I didn't receive it. I contacted Third Eye Transcend's customer service, and they 'helped' by looking up the tracking status (which wasn't helpful since I could do that myself) and I went rounds with for a couple of weeks about getting a replacement or a refund. In the end, this company was adamantly unwilling to replace or refund the item. I felt almost as if they thought I was lying about not receiving the item and therefore felt compelled to stand their ground. They eventually, they ghosted me. Fortunately, USPS finally delivered my package, albeit 3 weeks after they marked it as delivered -- boo USPS.
Through my communication with Third Eye Transcend, what I found was that they will fight to protect their bottom line and they don't seem to care if their customer gets shafted in the process. That they call their business Third Eye 'Transcend' is a joke. They didn't transcend in my case: They were fine with letting me assume the potential loss for the item. They sell products supporting a harmony and peace and yet the way they run their business supports disproportion and consternation.
Please be aware that this company will refuse to refund or replace merchandise that you don't physically receive. They will argue that the carrier shows a delivered status, and that it's YOUR responsibility to work with the carrier to locate the package. They don't send their packages insured or require signature upon delivery, so if your stuff truly gets lost, tough for you. The situation ended up resolving since USPS finally delivered my package, but had they not, I'd be out the item and the money. I'm done with this company. 1 star.
A note for Third Eye Transcend: Your business model should include a margin for losses. You should be prepared to deal with occasional lost packages without passing the loss on to your customers.

I couldn't complain at all because they have handled everything perfectly PLUS, the Mala I received is exactly what I was expecting.It's also the same as the one on the picture. Thank you so much! It took awhile for my order to arrive but when I received it, its so Gorgeous! I immediately went ahead to purchase a gift for my mom and I can't wait for her to receive it.

Please don't buy from this company. I emailed them that it had been over 2 and half months and still nothing. They gave me the run around and now it's been over three months and I just given up. They won't get my money again. Sad for them since my family loves to buy stones but I told them buy from any other company but Thirdeye. Everytime I emailed them, I was told to call the us postal service. I just paired you over 80 dollars for merchandise now I have go searching for the merchandise I bought from you! I just gave up. I don't recommend this company. They don't take responsibility for what they are doing wrong. This is my opinion.

This company represents their items are shipped from Canada & US. Only after they asserted that and I did not receive an item I paid for did they reveal my item was shipping from CHINA. It has now been over two months with no items received. They have twice lied and stated they would refund but then delayed again. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not abide by any of their written policies. I ordered and paid 02/06 and I still have no item. They are refusing a refund. Had to dispute via paypal.

Answer: This company is definitely a scam. They are based overseas and ripping off Americans
Answer: They are quick to respond to email, but the content is not truthful. They promise to follow up, or that your merchandise is on the way, or "please just give it a few more days". I waited 1.5 months and have several emails with promises from them that they would deliver my product or refund my money and neither has happened.
Answer: It's fake stones. Many other companies are better.

We did all we could from our end as the shipped to contact USPS, and they confirmed with us that the package was successfully delivered. We didn't "just tell you to call the postal service", we simply asked you if you had time to also call USPS as the receiver to see if there's anything they can do for you. This was simply one of our many suggestions and ways we tried to help you, it wasn't our only course of action.
