If I could give this online store a zero, I would. I ordered an autographed picture framed for my fiance's birthday on September 3rd. I was given a shipping date of Sept 16. When I didn't receive any correspondence even after Sept 19, I contacted them through their customer chat option. Alex said they had misplaced the picture and sent the wrong one to the framers. I finally talked with someone on their online chat feature again on their website and they assured me that the right picture would be sent to the framers and the shipping would be expedited to me. Needless to say, my fiance did not get his picture for his birthday on September 18th. In fact, I didn't finally receive a refund until well into October. They gave me the runaround several times about sending the wrong picture to the framers. Then later they said that the picture had been damaged and transit. Then after going back and forth through many emails and chats, they finally offered me a refund. By the time they offered it, I was willing to accept even though what I really wanted was the autographed picture I ordered as a gift. Thankfully, I purchased a backup present for him at another store which was an autographed football of his favorite Alabama player. He was really happy with it! I had to insist that they contact me for updates. I rarely got an update unless I first contacted them and asked for one. Even though in our messages back and forth they assured me that they would contact me and keep me informed it became a mess and a hassle. After my terrible experience, I looked online at the reviews and notice that there were other people who had a similar bad experience. I would have given them an opportunity to fix the mistake gladly if they would have, but it seems like they never had it in stock or the picture wasn't currently available for them to ship out. You would think that almost $200 would buy you some peace of mind, but it doesn't. Read the reviews! BUYER BEWARE! I am a reviewer on Google and will gladly give an excellent review for good customer service, but I couldn't find much good to say about this experience. It was more frustrating than anything else. I received Many broken promises that my picture was going to be shipped and no actual follow through. I do not recommend this store at all. Go somewhere else for sports memorabilia.

I purchased 7 autographed baseballs on Amazon from this company. They then cancelled my order citing incorrect pricing by them. They will not honor the prices they posted on Amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been in retail for 40 years and if something on my floor was marked incorrectly we had to honor it. Apparently this company is not ethical. I would seriously stay away from this company! Pictures of order available upon request to validate sale.

Nothing they cancelled my sale because they priced it wrong.
We ordered a signed Clayton Kershaw jersey on 12/01/2020 for our son for Christmas. We chose sportsmemorabilia.com as they listed the only "Authentic World Series Jersey" we could find. The listing had an arrival date of 12/15, plenty of time for Xmas. Upon clicking pay in the online shopping cart, NOTHING! I did not get a confirmation number, online receipt, or email. I checked my bank account and the card had been charged. I spent the next 3 days calling their CS # with NO answer. Finally, a confirmation email arrived 4 days later and it showed a SHIP DATE of JANUARY 11,2021. After another week of 1 to 2 hour holds, I finally talked to someone who couldn't have cared less. He said they had been closed, that's why my calls rang and rang and I was in terminal hold for hours. He also explained the long hold times were because the online order tracker didn't work. I thought it was because "the world's largest online sports memorabilia retailer" was two dudes in a basement. I thought I'd been scammed out of $2000! 3 days after that, my wife received an email saying Kershaw was signing 12/13, we'd been upgraded to next day air, and we'd have the jersey December 18th. Now, mind you, this was the first indication that they had actually listed and sold us a jersey that DID NOT EVEN EXIST! Anyway, 12/18 came and went with no jersey. Several 90 min hold time calls later and I was told Kershaw had NOT signed yet and there was still time, they would call me back. Nothing... Christmas came and went and still no jersey. Several more calls, several more promises, and still no jersey. This whole time, mind you, their online order tracking system says we don't even have anything ordered from them. New Years comes and goes, the original arrival date of 1/11/2021 comes and goes, several more calls are not returned, and I found the jersey elsewhere for $550 less! I had been looking for another option for some time and hadn't found one. When I finally did, I called that store, The Art of the Game, and they answered on the 3rd ring. They confirmed Kershaw HAD signed on 12/13. They happened to be in Los Angeles and brought the jersey to my office. All for $550 less!
Before you buy ANYTHING from these incredibly unprofessional and impossibleu to contact people, make sure they actually have the item you want. They listed and sold me an item they didn't have and, possibly, will never get. They may be a great source for "mini helmet boxes" but, in my opinion, they are a terrible sources for one of a kind memorabilia.
My name is Terry L Taylor I was very tardy ordering my sons birthday gift from sports memorabilia. I had 3 key people leave my firm all at once no excuse i did not order in time. My son Tyler's birthday was on Sept 5th Tuesday I placed my order on line gosh at about 5; 00 am pacific standard time Sept 1st. I was unable to change the shipping to HELP please ship right away. So I left an email. To my surprise I got a call within the hour.At first I thought i had gotten lucky when this very nice person Connie Hubbard answered my distress signal. She very quickly explained that Sports-memorabilia personnel were just as fantastic as she was. Obviously I booted this something awful trying to order on Sept 1st just five days before my sons birthday. The gift was a Dale Jr. Daytona 500 special addition art piece. She said sir I am very sorry but it will take two weeks to get the piece to Chico Ca. She swiftly started brain storming this problem. The 1st thing she did was send me a certificate for the art i though great at least I can put something in his card. Then she took my number and said you know let me see what i can do here. Well in all honesty I thought another online vender. I will never hear from her again. At my firm we deal with alot of venders suppliers every month and have hundreds of invoice's come threw my office. I will be darned if she did not call me back within the hour to reassure me she was still working hard on it and there just may be a chance she could find another carrier to get my gift to me on time. Connie said if you do not hear from me in a couple of hours you call me at this number. Less than 2 hrs later she phoned and said I have good news I found a carrier and your gift will be delivered on time. I felt like hugging her right thru the phone. I had to tell her I am sorry I am amazed you just do not have people respond like that return several phone calls and the pull off the impossible. I was impressed. Connie reminded me once again that all of the people at sports-memorabilia are exactly the same. Ill tell you they are real people that Care about people. Yes my sons birthday was a smashing success thanks to the kindness of Connie Hubbard and all the gang at sports memorabilia. I will be back for sure. I am a business owner and can relate to how i was treated it was great.
