Ordered a ring August 31st. Its been over a month and still not here. Emailed and messaged on Facebook mutiple times with no response. Even paid for standard shipping for the ring to get here sooner. Honestly, wish I could go back just to save my money. This place steals from hard working people and should be ashamed. This company needs to close their doors. If you want to buy a ring, please do yourself a favor and not order from this place. Absolutely awful.

Very poor quality and long lead-time. DO NOT BUY! I purchased a ring and only wear for about 3 months. The coating is totally worn and fade. Worse than a trash!

I love the ring that I got. I purchased it in a size 7.5 when I got it the ring was simply beautiful but when I put it on the top band was very tight, I love this ring so much in stead of returning it I just purchased another ring in the next size. I have gained a couple pounds so the 7.5 was small now when I loose weight I'll have the 7.5 for back up.

My package for some reason wasn't delivered to me. I never received it I contact them on Facebook messenger they left me on read and never gave me a feedback.

Beautiful ring, but slow shipping. Ships from China... And customer service takes days to respond to emails

I placed an order for a gift and placed it in PLENTY of time for delivery according to their website. Here we are, a month later, and still no order received. I have reached out multiple times and I just keep getting told "it'll be delivered in 3-5 working days". This is completely unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Beautiful rings, excellent finish and we will be proud to wear them. Delivery time was very good as well.

The ring took a while to get here which is fine, but once I got it and opened it I was devastated. The gold cross was completely popped out. I can place it back where it should go but it does not stay at all and for this reason it's not wearable. This ring was supposed to be for our renewal of our vows and now my husband can't even wear this. The worst part is I tried multiple times to open Facebook messenger to chat and it wouldn't open, I sent multiple emails with pictures and a breakdown and have heard nothing…. It's disappointing honestly because I want this ring for my husband.

When I ordered it said 9 to 12 days. I have waited over a month now to receive my order.

My ring was beautiful looks very expensive I get so many compliments.

Thank you for my beautiful, cost effective piece of jewellery. I will definitely be back as it doesn't cost the earth but you can't tell be looking at it that's for sure.

I got charged twice and they wouldn't send me my products I got charged twice on my card. I have a file dispute and they were being very pushy and wouldn't send me the other ring until I canceled the dispute. I got refunded for one of that, but they wouldn't send the other one until I canceled my dispute, which I think is very unprofessional

So far terrible 😞 no tracking email, only more as to buy more stuff. Never again! I want my merchandise or my money back.

This ring is so gorgeous. It is true to size. I was scared at first that it would be too small or too big. I will recommend it. It makes my hand look so beautiful.
