Ironsource also Tapjoy is a scam and they have the worst customer service ever. Well they are in San Francisco which should tell you a lot. I used their services fir another game and never got what they promised. I am now in contact with them for months and after a certain amount of answers which all just excuses, I get a standard answer (already 3 times) that it is out of Manuel's hands and they appreciate and value... blah blah but they have to check it now with management. So do not spend any money on Tapjoy! Do not do it. You will waste your money and your time. In case someone is interested, I took screenshots of literally everything. They even denied that they support "Klondike Adventures" in one of the emails. Well I also have the screenshot to prove they still have it in. It is fraud! They pretend and promise something when you do a certain task and spend money and in return they do not fulfill their end. Don't think they care... but I did my best to warn others.

Had multiple issues with getting rewards for Mech Arena, sent in numerous screenshots of proof and emails from Mech Arena support confirming I met the reward requirements. Waited almost 1 month for them to drop a standard "Cookie Cutter" email response.

DO NOT use these people. You will at some point be scammed for your time.

P.S- Support was more than willing to just push through a small amount of rewards for the Tutorial mission. Once they had to cough up the big rewards they ran and hid.

I already make a purchase for some gems in game and reach target but they didn't give my reward. I massage them but they didn't answer I ask few times for reward or for refund but no action..

Finished it but also didnt got reward! Plus now its expired because i asked to check it when it was not expired! You are cheaters!

I have totally complated it but I got danied appeal!? Also I have sent many messages to ironSource email adress but still nothing happening for one week or more from now.
That not normal where my other rewards?

IronSource is the third party provider for rewards in a game called Hero Wars. Often the rewards are granted through the process but when they aren't and you ha e to deal with support it takes weeks to months to get things straightened out. I currently have 2 completed offers that have not been resolved. One is posted below, the other offer has been so long ago that it was deleted from my history. I would never recommend that anyone use their services.

However the customer service help get me my rewards and even with a little bit complications I was able to speak to there customer and they figure a solution for me... fairly fast in comparison

Hands down number one offer wall only other review I ever did was mistplay and just play iron source is the best I totally recommend

Iron Source provides support for the rewards program I'm a part of for my call provider. I had a snafu with one of the apps installed wouldn't register on my carriers app for the rewards, so I sent a request to check. Prompt response as I provided a screenshot to make it easier. Received my rewards without issue. Thanks! I look forward to working with you on more offers, its great for my phone bill.

I was missing gems from an offer and when provided with sufficient evidence they fixed the issue promptly
