Purchased 3 maternity outfits from Glamix. They were poorly made and came from China. Spent over $85 to return to China and never was reimbursed for dresses.

I received the wrong dress and immediately reached out to customer service. They told me to return the dress for a full refund but the shipping was going to cost me almost as much as I paid for the dress. The company has refused to send me a prepaid shipping label or just refund me the cost of the dress at their expense since they sent the wrong item. This is not great customer service and I will never order from them again. They have not come up with an appropriate resolution to their mistake to satisfy their paying customer as they just keep offering me a 40% refund or still ship the dress back at my own expense.

I purchased a dress from this website in November 2022 and it was not long as described or shown in the photo, so I returned it for a refund due to the defect. I went through the formal return process and sent my item back to China. They never issued my refund. I have had over 20 emails back-and-forth demanding my money and they keep telling me it is coming but I have not seen a dime. I would recommend steering clear of this fraudulent business.

Tried returning and theirs no way to return this item and real bad customer service steer clear...

I ordered a package with 12-25 day shipping since I had over 30 days before my trip.

I started messaging customer service at 3 weeks out since I still didn't have a tracking number and their website says it takes them 2 business days to ship things.

I got a message back that they would upgrade my shipping and that it would arrive on time.

I messaged every few days for the status, and got a day or 2 dalayd message saying they were working on it and they would ship it soon. Finally at 11 days out from my trip, I was sent tracking information. The package did not arrive on time like they said it would.

If you have any sort of time-crunch, don't order from glamix maternity.

I am now missing my outfits for my booked photo shoot during a beach vacation and extremely disappointed.

I ordered a maternity gown from this site after doing extensive research on the site's credibility. The dress they sent it nothing like the pictures shown. Such a waste of time and money! Do NOT order from this site!

I am in love with these leggings already. The belly band is just the right amount of compression to hold my stomach without feeling like it's squeezing me. Just amazing leggings. I'm sorry I waited so long to order these but they are going to be a life saver this winter. I ordered a medium, which is what size I was before pregnancy and I wouldn't change anything.

First of all, all the reviews you see on the website will be 5 stars because guess what? They have to APPROVE your review for it to be posted. It took a month for my maternity wedding dress to arrive and I was so excited about it only to find they shipped it in this shady packaging within packaging from TOM SMITH in California, when my tracking shows it shipped from China. The dress is NOT at all what I ordered. Completely different style, material, pattern, sleeves, EVERYTHING. It is a night gown, not a wedding dress. And an ugly night gown at that. Don't be fooled.

SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME! I ordered this dress and what I received was nothing close to what I ordered. The top of the dress I received was completely see-through with no padding and the entire dress is so thin with no lining, you would have to wear something underneath it. The pattern wasn't the same and there were no sleeves, which is clearly not what is advertised in these photos. When I reached out to customer support to return and get a refund, they told me I can only return the dress via USPS and it will cost me $30 of my own money to return to China. I asked for them to reimburse me for this cost in addition to the dress because it was their mistake that they sent me the wrong dress and they stopped responding altogether and I haven't heard back in 2 weeks though I have reached out several times. So basically I'm just out the money for the company's mistake that they aren't willing to take responsibility for. I would never order from this company again and I suggest that you don't either!

I got 2 dresses and one of them was not fitting. I tried to return it but there is no process for that on the site.
This is dissapointing. Although the dress that fit me looked great so no complaints there

The dress was a perfect fit and was nice thick, quality material. Very long tail for beautiful scenic photos

Promised item would arrive in time. Missed photoshoot by over a week. Would not send a prepaid return shipping label and asked to be shipped back to China! The item that eventually arrived was also a fake, not as shown in pictures. Ridiculous company. Will never buy from again and will spread the word to all friends and family how terrible this company is in servicing their customers.
