Do not trust Japan Campers, Export Nippon or JapanRVS
September 29, 2021

Japan Campers, Export Nippon and JapanRVS are all the same 'company'. Note this Japan Campers is NOT the Japanese based camper rental company of the same name, who are legitimate. In my case the company name used was Japan Campers and was ripped off $46,000 in the scam by the man behind the 'company'. He lies and is very, very convincing about his true identity and the campers he is selling. He sends you false information on the vehicle. He told me the chassis was in good condition and that it was his personal camper but Covid restrictions prevented him using in Japan, so he was selling it. He told me his name was Paul Roberts but Police advised me that this was an alias and advised me his real name. It has also been confirmed by the shipping agent that the vehicle was part of a bundle of campers this man bought on consignment, so it was never a camper used by this man for his personal travelling use, and that it was shipped to Australia on behalf of the name of the person given to me by Qld Police. Firstly I paid him, in two separate payments, $36,000 into an Australian Sydney based ANZ bank account (the bank cannot do any further for me, I tried but I note he is still using ANZ bank as his bank according to his website). Then I had to pay around $10,000 for a number of customs fees, bio security cleaning fees and towing fees, etc to get it off the Brisbane Port. These fees were supposed to be included in the purchase price but he abandoned the fees for me to pay. It was only after it was towed off the Port that I saw the state of my camper. The chassis was so rusted it can never be complied or registered! Internal 'home' section had either broken or non-working components. He refuses to pay me back, telling me that he is not subject to Australian consumer law because he is not based in Australia and does not have an Australian ABN. Police have confirmed at the time that he was neither in Japan or Australia. I was also advised that he may be working in partnership with his father. He refuses to tell me where he is, so my hands and finances are tied in regards to taking action against him under consumer laws until he returns to Australia, if ever! He is very intimidating and got particularly nasty and offensive in emails correspondence I was having with him in my attempts to get my money back. He certainly doesn't like being exposed. On reviews I have made on another website, his response is that I am a competitor. I am certainly not a competitor. I am a retiree and I am one of many people he has ripped off!

Warning Export Nippon sell rusted campers
September 5, 2021

Warning * and he's many aliases which are listed below is a total fraud and scam artist. * makes a living by scamming honest hardworking people out of their life savings.
There are numerous people and businesses all around the world that are owed money from * or one of his aliases. * also uses a number of domain names and email addresses to hide behind.
* will send defective and rust affected vehicles while claiming all of his vehicles a fully certified and checked, This is not the case and I have numerous photos from different past clients demonstrating this it is certainly not a once off.
* will pay scrap value for a crapped out camper van which cannot be registered in Japan he will then sell that van in excess of $50,000.00
He claims that the purchase price is driveaway no more to pay this is not correct as he will hit up clients for storage fees, cleaning fees. He will also charge towing fees once the vehicle arrives on the dock he then walks away. Nothing is booked in for the compliance or paid for therefore there is another $4000o $8000 left before the van can be registered. Some rust repair bills our excess of $20,000.
There's also one gentleman who paid over $100,000 for a van that * then stole back from the place of storage then resold to a different party for $70,000 while not returning a single cent of the original purchasers funds.
