Your company's name should at any cost not be "EASE MY TRIP" as you guys have only made things worst & last few months have been nothing but frustrating. I / we have been subjected to endless harassment and that too after the untimely demise of a family member, my mother Late Mrs. Hardeep Bajwa on 08th December 2024. 4) Sunidhi EMT
5) Muskan M & various others with whom I had to deal with during the numerous calls that I made whereby every time I had to explain each and every thing repeatedly and made to wait for countless hours listening to your stupid promotional messages or musical ringtones. Not having one person nominated to look after the case have only made things worst for a customer like me and the best is you guys asking for a feedback every time! How dare you guys have the audacity to even ask for a feedback where most of you are to me simply on a company's pay roll & doing nothing short of a $#*!ty service. I have nothing but only curse, bad wishes and may you all "burn in hell" for the way you have dealt with me that too after a personal loss. Dealing with your company & above representatives have been nothing short of "HELL" of an experience" whereby the subject case has been handled totally unprofessionally. I have on my part learned my lesson & have already started booking my flights directly with the carrier be it Air India or Emirates etc. I have pledged not to ever book flights or any other services from your company and for that matter with any such company as all this has left a very bad taste for me. You guys are only effective till the time everything is ok and things remain as per schedule. God forbid if one has had a misfortune or a mishap / altercation in the booking made through your company, you are hell bent upon making your customer run from pillar to post and take your own sweet time in dealing with cases. While paying for the ticket, the total amount was debited in one go from this very same account and there were no hiccups during the transaction. Now I am made to understand that there is some issue as the cheque that has been deposited for refund is not "legit"… really? Will you for once please stop playing games and get on with the act of refunding the money. For a paltry sum of thirty two odd thousand rupees, you guys are only sucking my blood! Please have a heart & let go! For once, I appeal you to facilitate my refund and spare me of this CURSE of dealing with you all.
