It appears this question was asked by Rick Evans from Zager and Evans. I'm not sure how the duet broke up, but it appears someone hasn't gotten over it. As for Zager guitars, they are exquisite guitars. I have a ZAD-900CE and it is simply amazing. Any dealings I have had with them have been honest and positive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am not interested in a 1969 song as much as the wonderful services and the best guitar in my own humble opinion on the market in 2019. They are truly gifted Luthers and honest men of integrity men to work with and that sir is no lie God Bless Mike A

First, "Zager and Evans." No misrepresentation. Look it up.

Their service was awesome. My guitar is beautiful and does exactly what they say it will. Easy to play. Great feel. Nice tone.

He never claim's to be the author; He was half of the duet. Your Premise is a Lie. These Guitar's are the Highest quality I have experienced for the money. Fret's as well as a Gibson L-10 and I own one of those too. Doc Holiday could not be paid off for an endorsement. You clearly have something else against the Zager's. Period..

In 2012, I purchased my Zager guitar. I was amazed at the action, playability, quality construction, and tone, especially for the price. I'm a 50 year pro player. All I can say is, they hit this one out of the park!

I'd be ready to testify to their quality, customer service(best in the business).

I've owned Guilds and Martins, and played many Taylor's and L'arivee during my pro career, but all take a backseat to my Zager, especially it's playability. No comparison!

Not fraudulent at all. The guitar is very well made, sounds great and is every bit as easy to play as they say. Also, Denny and his son are very accessible and do everything they can to make their customers happy, including a full money back guarantee!

Rick E, your a mean liar, or at the least a mean misleader. Everything on line and in email correspondence was fulfilled in my purchase of a superb solid body guitar, which has given my old music mojo a boost, in need because of my big old, injured, chord hand. Take your post down, you meanie!

What ever your beef is, it's misplaced here. Zager guitars are everything they are advertised to be and more. I dont care what song he wrote or did not write. His guitars are top quality! I suggest you actually play a Zager guitar and find out for yourself.
Zager customer service is superb and next to none. They have responded promptly to any of my emails and phone calls. If you order a guitar and it doesn't meet your expectations, its an easy and free return. They have accommodated my requests without hesitation and I could not be happier with their way of doing business. And most importantly I am thrilled with my Zager guitar in every respect.
I did not choose Zager blindly. The song leader of our church choir has had one for a couple of years and has let me play it. I have always noticed its beautiful tone and fullness of sound. I was quite impressed with the ease of playability of this guitar.
