Question:

Has anyone else incurred "upgrade fees"? I recently received two charges in the amount of $13 and $99. When I inquired about them, I was told they were "upgrade fees". I never recalled authorizing these charges. I'm currently disputing them. Wanted to know if anyone else has received similar charges.

Answer:
Nope never happened to me. It might have been a mistake, you should follow up with them.
