Yep it is. They're a China based company, the same as wish but even worse quality! I ordered two caps which took 8+ weeks to arrive, shipped from China and the craftsmanship was so bad that the brims aren't even sewn on straight! If I was you I would report the payment to your bank and try to cancel it.

I too wish I had the heads up before I placed my order and lost my money. Yes, this company will scam you out of your money and put you off for months says "we don't understand, it shows shipped from China"

Hi Joann! Most items ship by the next business day. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's available. Please keep an eye on your inbox as well as your spam folder, just in case.

Once shipped, most items will arrive in 2 - 7 business days to the continental USA. To Alaska and Hawaii, it will take more like 10 - 15 business days to arrive.
