I placed an ordered and never received a confirmation email. I called and the only thing they wanted was to offer me a $100 gift card all I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping. They asked for my credit card information and I told them I was not comfortable giving it to them over the phone. They told me several times they would transfer me to the "confirmation department" as they continued to harass me about getting the card. When they finally transferred me it was for an online college. Has anyone else had this issue? I ordered from them several years ago and didn't have an issue then
