How fast before there should be a noticeable difference in their joint pain?

I changed my older dog's diet to home cooked chicken and vegetables, and balanced the diet with Nutra Thrive. Within two weeks my dog was much improved, and within three weeks she was no longer limping, but running and jumping.

The refund is within 90 days... I would expect you should see a difference by 60 days. My older cat showed improvement in 3 weeks.
