Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to.
