I believe Robert Half lack integrity and ethical business practices because they advertise the U. S Equal Employment Opportunity Act but the company do not practice these standards.

Robert Half is now considered a scam agency. They posts hundreds of jobs on their portal and when I applied and sent emails to the recruiters, my emails went unanswered and my voicemails ignored. They flat out lie and re-post the same jobs every 10 to 15 days or so. They just collect resumes and really don't have jobs. Watch out for the RHI offices in the Sacramento, CA area as they are the worst!
