Is an XL really a size 8?!

I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12
and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
