In January Orchard had a promotion for receiving $500 gift card for using them to have a patio cover installed with a value over $5,000. I had a cover installed and job completed 4/4/16. It is over 4 weeks and have not heard or received anything. Was this just a come-on or is it lost in the system? Can someone help to complete the promotion?
