I last heard from Gina on November 14 about my lost order of shampoo. My form was submitted to Canada Post before that, but I do not yet have my order or my money back. I would rather have the shampoo, please! Melva Graham Guelph, ON

I'm so sorry about this. We thought your order got delivered after we let Canada Post know there was an issue. Your order was re-shipped today and you'll have it soon.
