Hi, thank you for your question. We have the following return refund policy:
1 Refunds are usually accepted within 30 days of the parcel delivery date.
2 If there are any problems with receiving the parcel (e.g. Not receiving the parcel on time), the support team should be contacted immediately.
3 If the delivery fails due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address, the customer failing to complete customs clearance, etc., the customer will be held responsible.
4 In cases of extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, etc., on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to provide support.
